Value, innovation and design — from concept to delivery.
Nine steps from the first mood board to installed rooms, coordinated by a dedicated procurement contact and backed by our quality control and customer care teams.
01. Concept Design
We take a comprehensive approach to design conceptualization by incorporating the client's vision and the surrounding competitive landscape. A mood board captures the aesthetic and ambiance of the property while integrating the brand's design directives. We also consider local history, regional influence, target audience, space constraints, architectural features and the owner's personal preferences so every essential aspect is folded into the plan.
02. Design Development
The concept is transformed into layouts developed against the client's vision and actual floor plans. More detailed design boards showcase possible finishes and furniture selections, and block-rendering elevations depict the spatial relationships of interior elements. Features and highlights are drawn from the initial mood boards so the conceptual design is accurately represented in reality.
03. Space Planning
After due diligence in design development we produce a fully-detailed set of tagged plans — elevations and floor plans of public and guestroom areas, and dimensioned details of custom furniture units. Details are further explored where needed so existing conditions and architectural CDs align with the interior design elements being proposed.
04. 3D Model Rendering
Once the design concept and space planning are approved, we build a specialized 3D rendering for the project. The rendering showcases finishes, furniture design and accessories so the client has a realistic visualization of the completed room before anything is manufactured.
05. Model Room
A model room tests the design in an actual space. Multiple options of an item may be produced for prototype testing since the best solution is not always clear until it is placed in the room. The model can be installed on-site or off-site; designer, brand and ownership teams review it and specify any changes before mass production begins.
06. Procurement
A dedicated Procurement Agent serves as your liaison between our manufacturers and vendors. You receive weekly ETAs and a single point of contact through delivery, working closely with you and your contractor to hit the construction schedule.
07. Manufacturing & Quality Control
Skilled technicians oversee Quality Control across white body, finishes, mass production and packaging. White body inspection focuses on measurements, materials and construction. Finishes inspection covers laminates, color codes and hardware. Mass production is reviewed for line deficiencies, and packaging is checked against labeling guidelines so products are safeguarded in transit.
08. Delivery
Our Logistics team integrates local and overseas shipments into a streamlined delivery direct to your door. High-volume capacity lets us pass cost savings to clients and keep delivery costs down while hitting the project timeline.
09. Customer Support
Our commitment extends beyond the initial purchase. A dedicated Customer Care team is available for ongoing support so the relationship continues long after the room is installed.
