The quote records the approved scope, materials, finish assumptions, current lead time and freight.
04. Order coordination
Production and delivery details are coordinated only after the written scope is approved.
Requests we can review
Custom Banquettes / Booth Seating
Wall-run banquettes, window seats, curved returns and island seating can be reviewed from your plans. Dimensions, storage, cushion and upholstery options require written confirmation.
Custom Chairs
Submit requested changes to a catalog chair or a reference sketch for review. Seat height, arm profile, back height, material, finish and upholstery options depend on confirmed feasibility.
Custom Tables
Submit table size, shape, top material, base and intended use for review. Available materials and outdoor or commercial ratings must be confirmed for the quoted configuration.
Custom Bar Stools
Share counter height and requested seat, back, footrest, base and glide details. Available configurations are confirmed before quoting.
Custom Sofas & Lounge Seating
Lobby sofas, modular lounge layouts, tub chairs and screen-backed seating can be submitted for review. Dimensions, construction and upholstery are confirmed in the approved scope.
